By accessing or using Smart MX Shortner ("Service") provided at https://s-mx.cc, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Smart MX Shortner is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing advanced link shortening, customizable bio link pages, vector QR codes, deep link analytics, and brand domain routing.

3. Subscription & Billing

Our subscription plans (Starter, Professional, and Enterprise) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to shorten or distribute links containing malware, phishing schemes, illegal content, spam, fraud, or defamatory materials. Violating links will be terminated immediately, and offending accounts banned without notice.

5. Termination & Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your self-service billing portal. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of your prepaid billing period.
